• Must be within six months of obtaining CCT at the date of the AAC.
• Strong clinical leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend CMHT and PCN MDT meetings.
• Provide regular patient review clinics.
• Support patients under the MHA.
• Liaise with other services for patient care.
