Qualifications

• Full GMC registration is essential.
• MRCPsych is preferred.
• On Specialist Register/CCT in General Adult Psychiatry or eligible for inclusion.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Capability to build good relationships with peers.
• Willingness to participate in in-house training.
• Ability to motivate and develop junior medical staff.

Responsibilities

• Undertake administrative duties associated with patient care.
• Record clinical activities accurately and comprehensively.
• Maintain professional registration with the Mental Health Act Section 12 (2) approval.
• Participate in out-patient clinics and team meetings.
• Liaise with other professionals including UCAT.
