A growing consultancy in Leeds is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex transformation projects across various sectors. You'll guide clients through the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring engagement and delivery excellence. Ideal candidates have 5-8 years of experience in project management, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Project or similar tools. This role offers a hybrid work setup with competitive salary up to £50,000.

This boutique consultancy is growing fast and needs an experienced Project Manager who can combine structure with curiosity, and delivery discipline with genuine client empathy.
You’ll work across a wide range of sectors, supporting organisations through the full lifecycle of transformation programmes - from discovery and system specification to implementation and benefit realisation. Projects are typically complex, multi-stakeholder, and involve major systems change (ERP, CRM, or bespoke software).
This isn’t a hands‑off coordination role. You’ll act as an advisor as well as a delivery lead, ensuring stakeholders, third‑party tech partners, and internal teams are aligned, engaged, and delivering value at every stage.
Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE)
Location: Leeds City Centre (hybrid - 2 days office / 3 remote with occasional client visits)
