A leading NHS Trust in the UK is seeking a Clinical Midwife to lead improvements in patient experience based on surveys, complaints, and feedback. This role involves managing on-call duties and attending meetings within the care group. Candidates should have experience in midwifery, and teaching, alongside progressing towards a Masters Degree. The Trust promotes sustainability and is committed to delivering high-quality healthcare across its sites.
Work clinically 50% of the time covering both Denmark Hill and Princess Royal University Hospital Orpington. The requirement of the role is to lead on any action plan to improve all aspects of patient experience that emerge from CQC maternity survey, complaints and local feedback.
