A leading consulting firm in London is seeking a Consultant to lead tax compliance services and manage client relationships. In the current political and business environment, our clients’ talent mobility programmes and wider cross-border talent issues are increasingly becoming more complex and diverse. We help many Japanese, Chinese and other Asian headquartered companies across a variety of industries in the UK and EMEA to solve their talent mobility issues, including complying with income tax regulations, building mobility strategies and infrastructure, and developing innovative technology solutions for a seamless regional/global one-stop operating model.
Consultants take the lead on delivering compliance and advisory services to our clients. As a Consultant you will use your commercial awareness and professional expertise, along with leveraging the skills and expertise of others, to provide the best possible experience to our clients.
You will be empowered to own and manage client relationships and projects, with the appropriate level of support and resources around you. You will be expected to proactively identify innovative solutions for our clients and pursue new business development opportunities by utilising your technical skills, networks and market knowledge.

Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). This can mean that you and your “Immediate Family Members” are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm).
