East Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a dedicated elderly medicine physician to join our high-performing Frailty MDT, providing daily consultant-led care and support to patients on our elderly/frailty wards. The role involves contributing to clinical governance, risk management, and providing teaching and supervision to junior medical staff. This full‑time substantive post supports the comprehensive service for elderly/frail patients, both in the hospital and the community, and offers opportunities for research and teaching.

Candidates can choose whether to pay this over 1‑3 months as a deduction from the monthly salary.
