Job description

National Locums is seeking a locum Consultant in General Medicine for an NHS hospital in Scotland. The position is available immediately for an initial period of 6 to 12 months.

The core working hours are Monday – Friday, 09:00-17:00, with flexibility for full-time or part-time arrangements. The role involves ward work, clinics, hot clinics, and dedicated admin time. Subspecialty interests will also be considered.

Applicants without GMC licensure may be considered if they have passed either the IELTS or OET exam. Candidates should have experience as a Registrar, Specialty Doctor, or Consultant in General Medicine, either in the UK or abroad.
