Job summary

EY in Newcastle is seeking a Regulatory Compliance (Conduct Risk) Analyst to support clients in meeting regulatory obligations across Conduct matters. You will join our Consulting Service Delivery team, applying specialist knowledge in an operational delivery context.

You will work with diverse teams to deliver productive, compliant outcomes, build client relationships, and contribute to reporting and training initiatives in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Regulatory Compliance (Conduct Risk) Analyst – UKFS Consulting Service Delivery

The Opportunity

Are you ready to make a real impact in financial services? We have an excellent opportunity to join our Newcastle team. In this role, you will apply your experience and specialist knowledge to help clients meet their regulatory obligations around a variety of Conduct matters, such as suitability reviews, outcome testing, complaint handling, and regulatory mapping. You'll be part of a dynamic environment working alongside diverse teams to help EY drive positive change. You’ll be part of our Consulting Service Delivery (CSD) team in Newcastle, which specialises in the operational delivery of engagements which help our clients with their business challenges.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Work effectively as part of operational delivery teams to support clients with Conduct Risk or broader Consulting engagements

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Relevant experience in regulatory compliance or related fields in a professional environment. This could be in areas such as complaints handling, wealth and asset management (or other pension or investment experience), mortgage advice, insurance, regulatory mapping or suitability reviews
• A commitment to ongoing professional development
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Support EY’s connected working approach, with presence in the Newcastle office dictated by Business or Client demands

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Experience in Financial Services
• Awareness of current FCA priorities and regulatory developments affecting UK financial services
