Job summary

PACT Solutions is a specialist management and digital transformation consultancy serving higher education across the UK. This role leads change activity across programmes, ensuring new systems, processes and ways of working are adopted and embedded within a university setting.

You will work with delivery, data and partner teams to deliver sustainable outcomes, manage adoption risk and develop communications and training materials, with regular governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in change, transformation or delivery roles.
• Strong understanding of change management principles.
• Experience delivering change activity within programmes.
• Ability to translate system/process change into user impact.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Organised, analytical and proactive.
• Change certification (e.g. PROSCI, APMG).
• Higher education or transformation programme experience.
• Consultancy or system implementation exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead change delivery across programmes.
