Your Role

In the Enterprise Data & Analytics team, we help world‑leading organisations reimagine their business and unlock value through a hands‑on approach to data and artificial intelligence. Our mission is to put Capgemini Invent at the forefront of AI Consulting. You will be joining our AI Product Innovation team, a small but rapidly growing group dedicated to product and data‑science expertise, including generative AI and agentic AI.

We bring an innovative product‑driven approach to our clients’ biggest challenges while striving to provide a stimulating and rewarding home for the best AI talent.

What We Do

Explore the art of the possible – Continuously scanning opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to drive value for our clients, inspiring them through design thinking and horizon scanning techniques.

Accelerate impact with products – Testing ideas through rapid experimentation and proof‑of‑concept generation, and turning them into fully productionised AI products, working closely with users to ensure adoption.

Enable change with AI – Re‑imagining business operations by integrating AI products into day‑to‑day processes, building the right culture and operating model underpinned by sustainable AI and assurance practices.

Role

As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth through activities in the following categories:

• Business Development – Leading or contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, and client hosting at events.
• Internal Contribution – Campaign development, internal think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
• Learning & Development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications, etc.
