Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Multi Skills Learning Coach to join their dynamic Construction Learning & Development Team!

This role gives you the chance to make a real difference in the lives of apprentices and the organizations they support. If you’re driven, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

You will need to have up to date knowledge with Health and Safety regulations in line with the building safety industry standards.

Working as a learning coach with 16 to 21 year olds delivering the new foundation apprenticeship in on site trades. Expectations are to deliver basic brick, carpentry and plastering skills to learners that meet the foundation apprenticeship knowledge, skills and behaviours. To go out to employers and support the apprentices at work and help them to settle into their first job role.
