Daniel Owen Ltd. is seeking a reliable Traffic Marshal to join our team for ongoing work on a busy construction site in Abbots Langley, starting Monday 24th. You will direct vehicles, manage site traffic and deliveries, and ensure safe pedestrian separation on a dynamic site.

Applicants must hold a Traffic Marshal/Banksman qualification and a valid CSCS Card, wear full PPE, and demonstrate strong communication and situational awareness while working in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Traffic Marshal on a construction site.
• Valid Traffic Marshal/Banksman qualification.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• Full PPE.
• Good communication skills and awareness of site surroundings.
• Reliable, punctual, and confident working in a busy site environment.

Responsibilities

• Directing vehicles safely around the construction site.
• Managing site traffic and assisting with deliveries.
• Guiding vehicles into and out of the site.
• Ensuring pedestrians and vehicles are kept safely separated.
• Communicating with drivers and site operatives.
• Keeping access routes clear and safe.
• Following site procedures and health and safety regulations at all times.
