Qualifications

• Experience in construction trades such as brickwork, carpentry/joinery, or plastering.
• Previous experience teaching, coaching, or mentoring in construction.
• Willingness to work towards relevant teaching/coaching qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate apprentices aged 16-21 in practical skills.
• Deliver lessons on fundamental trade techniques and support learners.
• Monitor and give feedback on assignments and tasks.
