Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Estimator within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial building processes.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and tender submissions for building projects.
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and prepare cost plans.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
