Job summary

CRS is seeking a construction and development project leader in Greater London to shape and deliver the next stage of its growing property advisory practice. You will lead projects from feasibility through completion, working with clients, contractors and consultants in a hands-on, collaborative environment.

The role requires a relevant degree, full UK driving licence, and strong commercial judgement, with MRICS or progress towards chartership desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience across construction consultancy, quantity surveying, building surveying or project management.
• Practical JCT and/or NEC contract administration and strong commercial judgement.
• Experience of stalled or part-completed developments would be particularly relevant.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction and development projects from feasibility and cost planning through procurement, contract administration and completion.
• Work directly with clients, contractors and consultants to manage budgets, programmes and delivery risks.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues to shape the construction consultancy offering as the business expands.
• Contribute hands-on leadership to drive project delivery and add value on scope and risk.

Who We’re Looking For:
