Job summary

On the Purchasing rotation you’ll raise POs, work in QuickBooks, coordinate deliveries, and support the Commercial Team. The Project Management rotation covers measurements, documentation, site visits, and daily

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade 4 (C) or above, including English and Maths.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads.
• Good IT skills including Excel and Outlook.
• Interest in construction and the built environment.
• Ability to get to the office and college.

Responsibilities

• Raise and process purchase orders for construction materials, plant and tool hire.
• Accurately process purchase orders using QuickBooks
• Coordinate deliveries and collections with suppliers and site teams.
• Support transport planning and driver scheduling.
• Track orders and resolve supplier invoice queries.
• Maintain supplier and asset records.
• Research products and source new suppliers.
• Provide administrative support to the Commercial Team.
• Assist with measuring drawings and preparing quantities.
• Compile project documentation for live projects.
• Support Project Managers and Site Supervisors.
• Attend site visits to monitor progress.
• Assist with day-to-day project tasks
