You are an experienced and hands-on Construction Supervisor with a proven track record in delivering planned maintenance projects. You have the ability to work on-site across North Yorkshire, supervising multi-trade teams, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget. You are committed to supporting public and commercial properties while upholding the values of a public sector entity combined with a commercial mindset.

This role requires you to supervise day-to-day construction and highways maintenance activities, manage site documentation, and liaise with contractors. You will also lead Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) meetings, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, line manage operatives, and support their development. Participation in the out-of-hours call-out rota is also required.

• Experience across multiple trades in property maintenance
• SMSTS, CSCS Managers Card, First Aid at Work, CITB MAP H&S Test
• Strong leadership and communication skills
