You’ll handle a wide range of infrastructure, regeneration, and development projects, advising on procurement options and construction documentation, including JCT, NEC and FIDIC where relevant.

The ideal candidate is 6+ years PQE in non-contentious construction, with a proven track record at senior associate/LD level.

OPPORTUNITY:

Our client, a major national practice and Top 50 law firm has just confirmed this new construction vacancy within their very strong (Tier 1 rated) and expanding construction team to focus on non-contentious construction work.

WORK:

You’ll be involved with a wide range of construction work including nationally important infrastructure projects, such as energy generation, regeneration and iconic development projects, mixed use and residential development, commercial and logistic projects and major retail developments.

BACKGROUND:

Ideally you will be a 6year PQE+ (Senior Associate/ LD level) and have a proven track record in dealing with non-contentious construction work. Familiarity with the different procurement options for construction and engineering projects, and the full range of construction documentation (including experience of working with the industry standard forms of contract such as JCT, NEC and FIDIC, but not necessarily all of them).
