Due to growth and continued success, this leading non-contentious construction team is seeking to recruit an ambitious Associate of 3 PQE or more.

The role

• Advising government bodies, sponsors, funders, developers, employers, operators, constructors, sub-contractors and professional teams
• Supporting clients on procurement techniques, facilities management, dispute avoidance and resolution mechanisms
• Building and nurturing client relationships as a trusted advisor
• Opportunities to support teams across national and international offices

Recent examples of work

• Advising top construction firm on the funding and acquisition of a student accommodation development.
• Advising on a joint venture with local council in relation to a major regeneration project
• Advising well-known transport operator on acquisition and development of key site
