Job summary

SVN ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a reliable construction supervisor to oversee crews at our Penarth-based UK operations.

You will manage performance, recruit and train staff, and ensure projects stay within budget while maintaining safety and quality standards. Qualifications include a high school diploma, a bachelor’s degree in construction or related fields (preferred), and prior construction leadership experience.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Ability to enforce safety regulations and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.
Monitoring construction processes and providing training and team building sessions.
Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
Performing equipment, material, and routine site inspections.
Scheduling regular meetings with vendors, inspectors, managers, and staff.
Writing reports, budgets, and project plans and presenting them to stakeholders.
Working closely with architects and other professionals.
Staying up-to-date with safety codes and construction advancements.
Assisting with recruitment and training of new staff.
Traveling to multiple sites as required.
