Compensation

Position Responsibilities

The role involves facilitating and managing all aspects of day-to-day operations while upholding high standards of quality and productivity. This hands-on, multi-disciplinary position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail. Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 12 years of relevant work experience in high-end residential construction, renovation, or restoration.
  • Proven ability to adapt to changes, communicate effectively, and deliver projects on schedule by coordinating subcontractors and suppliers while balancing client needs.
  • Strong knowledge of best building practices and safety protocols.
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office, basic construction scheduling tools and weekly paperwork submissions to the office.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents, drawings, and related materials.
  • Capable of developing scope, preparing take-offs, and placing timely orders for material delivery.
  • Skilled in carpentry and layout.
