Job summary

Aureos is seeking a site supervisor to oversee civil and electrical transmission works on a busy on-site project in the UK. You will coordinate subcontractors, plant and materials while ensuring work is delivered safely, on programme and to quality standards.

Responsibilities include managing earthworks and cable routes, supervising installations, and maintaining RAMS and permits. Strong leadership and reading drawings skills are essential, along with SSSTS/SMSTS and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising civil and electrical construction works within transmission, utilities, or power sectors.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• SSSTS/SMSTS required.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience on National Grid, renewable energy, substation or transmission infrastructure projects desirable.

• Maintain accurate site records, daily reports and as-built information.
