Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a General Site Labourer to join on exciting, ongoing local construction projects in Hythe, Kent. You will support trades, manage on-site waste, and help maintain safe, tidy sites. Physical fitness and reliability are essential, with a CSCS preferred.

Hours are Monday to Friday, with overtime options and weekly pay. Immediate starts available, free local parking, and potential for long-term placement for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card (preferred, but entry-level site experience considered).
• Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis, safety boots).
• Strong work ethic, physical fitness, and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Assisting trade personnel (carpenters, bricklayers, groundworkers) on-site.
• Offloading material deliveries and keeping site pathways clear.
• General site clearance, waste management, and setup duties.
• Adhering strictly to health and safety regulations at all times.
