Responsibilities

• Manage the Fire Safety arrangements and team.
• Establish a robust Fire Safety management system.
• Produce regular fire safety performance reports.
• Provide assurance on compliance with legal duties.

Skills

Fire safety experience in large projects

Knowledge of national and international fire safety standards

Analytical skills for identifying trends and risks

Level 4 qualification in Fire Risk Assessment

Knowledge of CDM Regulations

Membership of Institute of Fire Engineers

Education

Health, Safety & Fire Safety qualification (e.g., NEBOSH)
