Job summary

CloudFactory in the United Kingdom is seeking a Construction Site Data Capture Technician to operate reality capture equipment (360° cameras and surveying tools) on active construction sites. This is a part-time role, typically 1–2 days per week, with full daytime hours and fixed project days.

You will capture comprehensive site data, document progress for project tracking and AI-driven construction solutions, follow all safety procedures, wear PPE, and work closely with the Project Team to meet

Qualifications

Availability to work at least two full days per week.
Experience on active construction sites preferred.
Able to walk 20,000+ steps per day.
Willing to wear PPE and work in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to safety procedures and site rules.
Background in Construction, Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Site Inspections, Photography, or Reality Capture preferred.
CSCS Card required before first day on-site.

Responsibilities

Capture high-quality site data using 360° cameras and other data capture equipment across active construction sites.
Document site progress with visual data for project tracking and AI-powered solutions.
Follow all site safety procedures and wear PPE at all times.
Work with Project Team to meet project requirements and adapt to changing site conditions.
Handle and maintain equipment and ensure data quality.
Follow detailed instructions and complete data capture tasks accurately.
