Job summary

Tec Source Ltd is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a live construction project in Manchester. The role focuses on site administration, health & safety paperwork, and general on-site duties, including regular walk rounds and monitoring activities.

Responsibilities include managing induction paperwork, RAMS and permits, maintaining site records, and supporting the Project Manager with administrative tasks. This position requires SMSTS/SSSTS and CSCS, plus strong IT and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience on construction sites in a Site Manager/Assistant Site Manager/ Site Supervisor role.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures and documentation.
• Strong IT and computer skills for site administration and reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Health & Safety documentation and compliance.
• Maintain site records and paperwork.
• Assist with RAMS, permits and other site documentation.
• Carry out regular site walk rounds and report issues.
• Support the Project Manager with general site administration.
• Liaise with site personnel and subcontractors.
• Update computer-based systems and spreadsheets.
