Responsibilities

• Manage a 360° recruitment desk placing skilled tradespeople and site professionals.
• Build strong relationships with site managers, project leads, and contractors.
• Source and register high-quality candidates including labourers and site managers.
• Conduct regular on-site visits to ensure quality placements.
• Work to individual and team targets with a supportive leadership team.
