Qualifications

• Experience as Purchase Ledger Clerk, Accounts Assistant or Accounts Administrator.
• Experience in the construction industry.
• Proficiency with Eque2 and Sage accounting software.
• Strong Excel, Outlook and Office application skills.
• Ability to process high volumes of invoices accurately.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of purchase invoices and credit notes accurately.
• Code invoices and maintain purchase ledger records.
• Match invoices to delivery notes and purchase orders.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries.
• Prepare supplier payment runs and maintain supplier accounts.
