We’re seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee programmes and project delivery for a leading new build housing company. This role involves managing domestic and internal fit‑out works while coordinating timelines, resources, and client expectations to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage detailed project programmes using Microsoft Project

Prepare accurate time estimates and schedules for multiple jobs

Oversee and coordinate domestic and internal fit‑out works

Liaise closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when required

Ensure all projects are completed to quality, time, and budget standards

Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager within the new build housing or fit‑out sector

Extensive experience using Microsoft Project for programming and scheduling

Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritise effectively
