Job summary

TipTopJob are recruiting two Project Managers to join an Edinburgh-based construction consultancy, delivering projects across Scotland. Open to graduates with at least one year PM experience or recently chartered with the RICS.

The role offers strong support towards APC and chartership and exposure to healthcare, golf, warehouses and other sectors. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team, organise meetings, capture minutes, and ensure briefs are adhered to, keeping projects on time and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year PM experience after graduation.
• Degree in Construction Project Management or related field.
• Chartered or near-chartered with RICS; APC pursuit encouraged.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Able to work well in a team and manage client briefs.

Responsibilities

• Help organise and run meetings; take minutes and actions.
• Ensure client brief is understood and followed.
• Keep project moving to meet deadlines and budget.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams across Scotland.
