A leading fast-food chain in the United Kingdom is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee reinvestment construction projects at over 1,600 restaurants. This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution, while fostering strong relationships with franchisees. The ideal candidate will have project management experience, financial acumen, and excellent communication skills, contributing to enhancing customer and crew experiences.

As a Construction Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering our In Real Life Experience (IRLX) programme improving both customer and crew experiences across our 1,600+ restaurants. You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of reinvestment construction projects, from planning and design to execution and completion, with a strong emphasis on people management and franchisee relationships.
You’ll join an established, knowledgeable, and collaborative team that shares ideas freely and supports each other.
