Qualifications

• Proven and demonstrable experience as a Project Manager in the building or construction industries.
• Experience of working in occupied buildings or campuses.
• Experience with NEC3 Contracts.
• Knowledge of H&S standards/regulations across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of projects valued between £50k to £15m.
• Provide Health and Safety leadership to site teams.
• Support the risk management process for project delivery.
• Liaise with Rolls Royce Project Managers for project compliance.
