Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in London is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead major projects from pre-construction through to completion. The role covers residential, hospitality and public sector schemes, coordinating with clients, consultants and the supply chain to deliver on time, on budget and to the required quality.

You will bring proven PM experience with contractors, strong knowledge of programmes, QA and stakeholder management, and the ability to drive multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager within a principal/main/specialist contractor environment.
• Strong experience delivering complex construction, refurbishment, regeneration or façade projects.
• Experience working on residential, mixed-use, hospitality or public sector projects would be advantageous.
• Previous involvement in PCSA and pre-construction activities would be beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of construction programmes, project delivery, quality assurance and commercial requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Review project information during PCSA and pre-construction stages to ensure understanding of design, scope and delivery requirements.
• Lead the operational delivery of projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Work closely with the commercial, technical, design and contracts management teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate site teams, specialist subcontractors, consultants and the wider supply chain.
• Oversee project programmes, progress, quality and compliance throughout all stages of construction.
• Ensure robust quality assurance procedures are implemented and maintained across each project.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key project stakeholders.
