Job summary

MadiganGill Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a college in Cinderford, GL14, to teach and mentor construction apprentices.

The role involves delivering classroom-based and practical training, translating real-world project management into learning, and supporting apprentices through a structured scheme of work. No teaching qualification is required at apply time; we will support the necessary FE qualification and DBS checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading construction projects or programmes.
• Ability to mentor and teach apprentices in project management.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to translate theory into practical guidance for site work.
• Wamiliarity with creating schemes of work and documentation.

• Teaching and mentoring construction and project management apprentices.
• Delivering classroom-based and practical training in project management.

• Supporting apprentices with project documentation, reporting and communication.
• Helping apprentices understand how projects are planned and delivered from start to finish.
