Job summary

Cavendish Professionals seeks a Project Engineer for a major demolition and core construction project in Central London. You will support delivery, maintain QA, and coordinate with design teams to ensure successful handover. Start ASAP, 1-year duration, 07:30–17:30 on-site.

Applicants should have a civil engineering degree (HNC/HND/Bachelors) and valid CSCS/SMSTS and First Aid, with driving license preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline required.
• CSCS/SMSTS & First Aid qualifications beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Setting out on site.
• Quality Assurance (QA).
• Prepare as-builts and record keeping.
• Coordinate temporary and permanent works with design team.

• Scope of Work: Supporting the delivery of complex demolition, cut-and-carve, basement, superstructure, and core construction projects.
• Duties: Duties: Setting Out, QA, As-builts, Temporary /permanent works coordination with design team.
• Hours: 0730 - 1730
• Duration: 1 year

Experience & Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Site/Senior/Project Engineer on a similar project
• Experience within the areas listed above
• HNC, HND or Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
• Valid Management CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid
• Ability to drive and lead a team
• Ability to plan head
• Driving License – essential
