Walker & Sloan Ltd | Certified B Corp is recruiting a Construction Project Manager for a range of refurbishment and roofing projects based in Stroud. You will own and deliver multi-site schemes, coordinating site teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering refurbishment, roofing or maintenance projects for a main contractor.
• Able to manage multiple live schemes simultaneously.
• Strong communication and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a varied portfolio of refurbishment and roofing projects.
• Drive programme performance and coordinate trade packages.
• Provide technical support throughout the construction process.
• Lead site teams to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
