Overview

We are delighted to be working with this outstanding national firm that is currently experiencing exponential growth in their search for an established Construction partner to play a key strategic leadership role in London.

The Firm advises on significant infrastructure projects, redevelopment and regeneration schemes, and acquisition and disposal projects for clients from a diverse range of sectors. In recent years, they have advised clients from industry sectors including energy, waste management, water and utilities, and hotels and leisure.

The Firm is committed to being at the cutting edge of legal practice, investing heavily in AI and its own internal tech systems as part of initiatives designed to increase efficiency and collaboration amongst its lawyers. This investment has formed a key pillar of the Firm's ongoing growth strategy.

Responsibilities

• Assume an established Construction partner role with strategic leadership in London.
• Demonstrate a clear track record of winning and maintaining client relationships and origination of new business.
• Collaborate on a growth strategy for the department to ensure the Construction offering remains competitive as the firm aims to be one of the leading lights in the London market.

Qualifications/Experience

• Established partner with some previous managerial experience within a recognised Construction offering.
• Proven ability to win and maintain client relationships and originate new business.
