Description

The Construction Partner will be:

  • Managing high-value construction law matters (either non-contentious or contentious) in the Yorkshire region.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders in the construction/engineering sector.
  • Managing and developing the existing team, including supervision, mentoring and recruitment.
  • Driving new business development, leveraging your contacts within the Yorkshire market.
  • Ensuring top-quality delivery of legal services, maintaining the firm\'s reputation for excellence.
  • Contributing to the strategic growth of the construction practice, including regional expansion.
Profile

The Construction Partner should be/ have

  • A solicitor with significant experience at Partner level in construction law.
  • A strong track record in either non-contentious construction work or contentious disputes.
  • Established contacts in the Yorkshire construction/engineering market.
  • A commercially minded who can drive business development and contribute to strategic growth.
  • Comfortable working in a high-performing specialist practice environment and delivering across both regional and national mandates.
