Job Description: Construction Operative

Location: Wickford, Essex

Hourly rate: £12.60-£12.90 p/h

Contract type: Permanent

Working hours: Full time, 45 hours per week 07:00-16:30 Monday to Friday

About the role

As a Construction Operative, you will get the chance to work on various high-quality soft and hard landscaping projects within our construction area. This could be anything from a new build, front lawn, rear garden, or public open space. You will be assisting the team leader in hard and soft landscaping duties as per daily brief, working on a variety of numerous exciting contracts.

Requirements

• Prior experience in soft & hard landscaping including planting, turfing, mulching, tree planting & seeding.
• Hard Landscaping experience would be an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• A full valid UK driving licence.
• A valid CSCS card is an advantage but not essential - but must be willing to obtain one to secure this position.
• A strong health and safety mindset.
