OUR CLIENT

THE ROLE

We have a new role for a non‑contentious construction lawyer 2‑5 PQE to join a well‑established in‑house legal team. You will work with a talented team to assist in providing pragmatic and commercially sound legal advice via a business‑partnering arrangement to the business on its global portfolio of projects whilst developing relationships with internal business stakeholders as well as our clients and collaborators to mitigate business risks.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Review, report on, negotiate and finalise a wide range of contractual documentation
  • Collateral warranties, novation agreements and letters of intent
  • Risk management duties
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS

You will have 2‑5 year's PQE with a solid construction law background gained from working for a leading law firm or in‑house or similar. You will have excellent technical skills and be committed to making a long‑term career as an in‑house lawyer.

LOCATION & WORKING ARRANGEMENT

This role can be based in a number of locations in the UK including the North East/ South West. Hybrid working is on offer.
