Data & AI Coach – iO Sphere

Location: London preferred (hybrid, with time in our London office). Open to candidates across the UK for the right person.
Hours: Full‑time or part‑time – genuinely flexible and welcome both.
Salary: £40,000‑£60,000 + bonus, depending on experience.
Contract: Full‑time or part‑time, permanent.

What You’ll Do

Coach working professionals through our AI Skills for the Future programme, an ambitious cohort spanning marketing, operations, finance, and more. You will deliver practical, hands‑on coaching on AI tools and workflows, and the broader skills that make people effective.

• Deliver engaging, practical coaching sessions (live and recorded).
• Guide learners through PRISM‑based projects.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback on learner work and communication.
• Coach on the soft skills: critical thinking, stakeholder communication, professional presence.
• Run 1:1 coaching conversations that build confidence and momentum.
• Track learner progress, intervening early when someone is struggling.
• Maintain accurate records and evidence for compliance.
• Collaborate with wider coaching and quality teams.
• Shape the programme as you deliver it – bring real input into quality and execution.
• Work across different programme types – beyond skills‑levy programmes, coach on applied diplomas and commercial training.
• Get involved as we grow – contribute to new products and programmes in 2026.

Must Have

• Hands‑on AI experience: LLMs, automation platforms, AI‑assisted workflows applied to real business problems.
• Business analysis fundamentals – problem framing, requirements, workflow design.
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non‑technical audiences.
