Construction Manager INTERIM – Food Manufacturing Projects.
Are you an experienced and highly organised Construction Manager to lead all phases of our construction projects, from initial planning through to completion.
You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, with a strong focus on FOOD Manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities
  • Plan and control project programmes, budgets, and resources
  • Oversee subcontractors, trades, and site teams
  • Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations 2015, health & safety, and building standards
  • Review drawings, conduct site inspections, and lead progress meetings
  • Work closely with Principal Designers, Principal Contractors, clients, and internal teams
About You
  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and food production environments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project or similar software
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • SMSTS and First Aid certification preferred
