A freelance Construction Manager is required for a £1m CAT B office fit out in Cardiff, the project is working in an occupied office space.

The role is working for a London based contractor, my clients Contract manager will visit site once a week.

Construction Managers seeking to apply must have CAT B fit out exposure and be happy working on a stand alone basis.

CIS or Limited Company working.
