A prominent construction firm in Peterborough is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee large-scale infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance while managing construction delivery. This role requires leadership in planning and executing projects, optimizing methods for efficiency, and fostering collaboration across teams. We are looking to strengthen our Construction team with a Construction Manager based at our Anglian Water Region.
You will report directly to the Operations Director, and your role will involve working within Water and Water Recycling Non-Infrastructure to manage Health, Safety, Environmental, and Sustainability aspects, with responsibility for CDM compliance for all delivered construction work. While primarily focused on managing construction delivery, you will adopt a wider pan-Alliance perspective, demonstrating appropriate Alliancing behaviors and leadership within integrated teams.
As a Construction Manager, you will lead construction delivery across major infrastructure schemes. Your responsibilities include ensuring buildability from the outset, optimizing delivery through planning and innovation, and managing teams to deliver high-quality outcomes safely and efficiently.
