A leading engineering staffing provider in the UK is hiring an experienced Construction Manager for a Pipeline Integrity Improvement project. This hands-on role involves overseeing civil excavations, contractor management, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have an HNC in Civil Engineering, management experience, and a strong understanding of construction processes. This is a unique opportunity to drive site operations and take ownership of construction activities.
We’re hiring an experienced Construction Manager civil focus to lead a Pipeline Integrity Improvement project at Wytch Farm. This is a hands‑on role overseeing civil excavations, HDD work, steel line pulls, flexible pipe installation and mechanical pipework activities across site.
You’ll be the one making sure the work is carried out safely, to schedule, to spec, and in full alignment with PUK QHSE policies. You’ll be embedded in the project team and will lead day‑to‑day construction coordination, contractor management and interface with all key stakeholders. If you’re someone who runs a site well, keeps things moving and doesn’t shy away from ownership – then this is very much your thing.
To be considered for the role you must either reside within a commutable daily distance to site or be prepared to relocate for duration of the project as no lodge is to be paid.
