Construction Manager

Salary: £65,000

Location: South London

Region: London

A construction manager is urgently required for a highly successful main contractor in South London, to work on a major £1.8b project working on mixed use including: residential, commercial, retail and restaurants.

The purpose of this role for a construction manager is to oversee the refurbishment and the mechanical and electrical phase of a multi-billion pound mega project, to make sure it is being completed on time and in the budget that has been set.
