About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Construction Lawyer to support our rapidly growing data center development portfolio across EMEA. This role will provide strategic legal support on all aspects of project delivery — from design and procurement through to construction, commissioning, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate construction, consultancy, and procurement contracts.
  • Advise on risk management, regulatory compliance, and contract strategy across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Support regional project and commercial teams throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Manage claims, variations, and dispute resolution as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Qualified lawyer with 5+ years’ post-qualification experience in construction law.
  • Proven experience in major infrastructure or data center projects across EMEA.
  • Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (additional an advantage).
