The Opportunity

This is an exciting role for a construction lawyer who wants to focus exclusively on non-contentious work, advising on high-profile, high-value projects across the UK. You will work alongside a recognised team of experts, advising a first-class client base including developers, investors, funders, landed estates, and private clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising on all aspects of construction procurement and project delivery, from early-stage strategy through to completion.
  • Drafting and negotiating a wide range of construction documentation, including building contracts (JCT, FIDIC, NEC, and bespoke forms), professional appointments, collateral warranties, guarantees, and security documents.
  • Providing strategic advice on procurement structures, pre-construction agreements, and letters of intent.
  • Working closely with colleagues across real estate, planning, and corporate teams to deliver seamless, joined-up client service.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional teams across the property and construction sectors.
About You
  • Qualified solicitor with 2-6 years' PQE gained at a recognised City, West End, or leading regional firm.
  • Experience in non-contentious construction law, ideally with exposure to real estate development projects.
  • Strong technical drafting skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working collaboratively and building client relationships.
Why Apply?

You'll work on some of the most interesting and varied development schemes in the market from major mixed-use and regeneration projects to luxury residential and hospitality developments while benefiting from the mentorship of highly experienced partners and a down-to‑earth, inclusive culture.

The firm offers competitive remuneration, a clear progression structure, and genuine flexibility to support your long-term career goals.
