Job description
The Role

Working closely with some of the most respected arbitration practitioners in the market, you will play a hands‑on role across every stage of high‑profile international disputes, including:

  • Developing case theory and strategy on major construction and infrastructure arbitrations
  • Drafting persuasive written submissions and managing junior associates through the process
  • Overseeing research, evidence management, and document review
  • Preparing witness and expert evidence on complex delay and quantum issues
  • Liaising directly with clients, experts, tribunals, and opposing counsel
  • Supporting partners on business development, publications, and client briefings
Candidate Requirements
  • 3–6 years’ post‑qualification experience (UK or Commonwealth) in international arbitration or cross‑border disputes
  • Proven experience in construction, engineering, or energy‑related arbitrations, ideally involving technical and delay issues
  • Excellent academic credentials and outstanding written advocacy skills
  • Strong grasp of arbitral procedure and related court applications
  • Additional language skills will be highly regarded
