Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and ISO management standards.
• Experience within maintenance or public sector construction projects.
• Full driving license.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and continuously improve Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with HSE legislation, ISO45001, ISO14001, and company standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, site audits, and incident investigations.

Skills

3+ years' experience in a Construction H&S Management role

Good communication and influencing skills

IT and numeracy skills (MS Office)

Education

Relevant Health and Safety qualifications (NEBOSH)

NEBOSH Diploma / Degree in Safety or related discipline
